What's included in the site fee?

Ten hours on site for a full day, the ceremony lawn, courtyard and one reception space, farm tables and cross‑back chairs for up to 250, bistro lighting, the getting‑ready suite, restrooms, parking attendants and a venue manager.

What about summer heat?

June through August we run evening‑only schedules: ceremonies around 7:15 PM, misting fans on the patio and lower summer rates. Many couples love the warm desert nights.

How does a date hold work?

A hold reserves an open date for 7 days at no cost while you tour and decide. If someone else asks for the same date, we'll text you first before releasing it.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes, from our approved list of licensed caterers. Bar service must go through our licensed bar team.

What's the payment schedule?

A 30% retainer secures your date, a second payment of 30% is due six months out, and the balance is due 30 days before the event. You can see and pay every installment in the couples' portal.

Do you host events other than weddings?

Yes: vow renewals, quinceañeras, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays and company gatherings. The package builder works for all of them.
